I RAN A VIRTUAL EVENT, CAN YOU MAKE IT FOR THIS?
Yes, we can. See our virtual section (little secret don’t worry about any distance name you see they can be for any distance). When you add the product to your basket you will see a box to enter a link to your run (from Strava or similar). If you only have a GPX / KML file no worries just email it to us afterwards with your order number.
CAN YOU REALLY MAKE YOUR ITEMS FOR ANY RUNNING RACE OR TEAM OR LOCATION?
Yes, we can. We have access to a large amount of mapping data so in 5 years of making running routes it’s only the 1980’s ones that prove a bit too tricky. As long as we can find the route we can make it if it’s a one-off run if you have the route in Strava or similar or recorded on a smart device we can make it.
CAN I REQUEST SOMETHING DIFFERENT?
Of course, you can. We often make bespoke orders (since we make everything to order anyway). So whether you would like a different colour for the frame or map and it isn't listed just ask. (We usually say yes) We even make custom displays based on our customers’ ideas for special events and birthdays.
HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE?
Generally, we quote 3-5 working days to make plus delivery. This does increase at busy periods to up to 14 days such as Christmas. However, you are welcome to let us know if you need it by a certain date and we will let you know if this is possible (generally the answer is yes). We have a delivery page to answer all your other delivery questions.
WHAT IS A PRE ORDER?
You might have noticed a small pre-order checkbox during the checkout. This allows you to order your item now (before the event you are buying for) and then send the finishing time and personalised text after the event. As we receive a large number of orders it is an easy way to get the front of our production queue. Orders are made by delivery/production speed and then by date received.
Once you have placed your order and have the text you would like to appear email us with your order number and text. Once we have this your order will go to the head of our production queue.
